Our culinary team will delight your palate with craveable, thoughtfully-crafted California cuisine.  In addition to the inclusive daily breakfast options, many guests reserve dinner to further savor the bounty of Sonoma County and our own estate.  Each seasonal, pre fixe menu is designed to delight a variety of palates while remaining elevated.  The four-course experience is satisfying without being overwhelming, and sophisticated but not fussy.  We never seek to "turn tables" or rush our guests; yet, the courses unfold over just an hour and a half to two hours, leaving ample time for sipping a nightcap fireside or stargazing in the hot tub.

We host dinner on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and for contracted groups.  Reservations are available only to hotel guests, up to a maximum of just six tables per night.  Reach out to us at hosts@thestavrand.com or 707-869-9093 to receive a copy of our current menu.  Please provide your preferred dining time, any dietary restrictions or food allergies, and whether you're celebrating a special occasion that we can make even more memorable.

Strong local Black Oak coffee and Silk Road tea complement your choice among three complimentary entrees.  Or, additional new offerings like seasonal omelets and citrus french toast urge you to indulge.  An optional flight of mimosas offers the opportunity to sample wine country before venturing out for the day...

Russian River pinot noir, chardonnay, and bubbles fill your minibar and potentially a day (or more) of tasting at neighboring wineries. 

Consider transitioning from our 5 o'clock "Evening Aperitif" hour featuring local wines to our Thursday through Saturday dinners featuring additional local pairing options.  After dinner, complement your fireside s'mores with a smooth American bourbon or Japanese Whisky...

Our host team also stands ready to shake or stir your cocktail at any time throughout the day.
